Our policy lasts for 30 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange If 30 days have passed since your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. And also be in its original packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected by our technicians, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement product.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

In case of Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially transferred.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as well as Taxes if any.
